Welcome from the Headteacher

A very warm welcome to St Anne’s Catholic Primary School. Our school is a place where Christ is at the heart of all we do, guiding our learning, relationships and daily life. Inspired by our mission to work together in the way of Christ, we strive to ensure that every child feels loved, valued and encouraged to become the very best version of themselves.

At St Anne’s, we believe education is about more than academic success alone. We are committed to the formation of the whole child — nurturing faith, character and a strong sense of responsibility for others. Through our Catholic ethos, rich curriculum and shared commitment to Gospel values, our children grow in confidence, kindness and curiosity, learning how to serve their community with compassion and respect.

Our school benefits greatly from strong links with St Anne’s Parish, where we are supported by our parish pries, Fr. Tony Grace and clergy, who play an active role in the spiritual life of the school. Together, we work closely with families to strengthen the partnership between home, school and parish. We are also proud of our positive relationships with other schools across Nantwich, providing opportunities for collaboration, shared learning and celebration within our wider local and diocesan community.

I invite you to watch our welcome video below to gain a sense of the joyful, caring and faith-filled environment that makes St Anne’s such a special place to learn and grow. Whether you are visiting us for the first time or are already part of our community, you are always welcome at St Anne’s.

With every blessing,
Nuala Ferguson
Headteacher

Our Mission Statement

CHRIST AT THE HEART OF ALL WE DO

At St. Anne’s, we learn about God, ourselves, our church and how to pray.

We try to be a good friend, have fun, love each other and be kind to each other.

We want to let every child in our school have the same chance as everyone else.

When we make mistakes, we are forgiven, and each day is a new beginning.

We want everyone in our school to feel safe and happy.

"St Anne’s is an outstanding Catholic School where pupils fully appreciate, value and actively participate in the Catholic life and mission of the school."
